These Terms govern your access to and use of websites, landing pages, blogs, mobile access, online programs, member portals, communications, and any present or future software or e-commerce services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Chambers Counseling, Coaching & Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Who We Are & Scope
Chambers Counseling, Coaching & Consulting, LLC provides professional counseling, coaching, and consulting services, along with educational content and digital offerings. These Terms apply to all ways you access our Services, including via browsers, mobile devices, email or SMS links, and embedded experiences on third-party platforms.
2) Eligibility & Geographic Scope
- Minimum age. You must be at least 18 to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use certain non-interactive resources with a parent/guardian’s involvement and only where permitted by law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- Jurisdiction. Certain professional services are available only in jurisdictions where our professionals are licensed and where services are offered. Accessing educational or marketing pages does not create eligibility for clinical care.
3) Accounts, Security & Communications
- Account security. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- Electronic communications & consent. By providing contact information, you consent to receive transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders, receipts). Marketing messages require your opt-in consent and you may opt out at any time (e.g., reply
STOP
to a text). Message and data rates may apply. - Records & accuracy. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and current and that you will update it as needed.

4) Professional Services vs. Informational Content
- No emergency or crisis care via the Services. Use local emergency resources if you are in danger or experiencing a crisis.
- Informational content only. Website, blog, and social content are for educational purposes and are not a substitute for individualized professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Clinical care. Counseling or telehealth services (if available to you) are delivered under separate informed consent, intake documents, fee agreements, and professional standards. These govern over any conflicting term here.
5) Appointments, Programs, Payments & Refunds
- Scheduling. Session scheduling, rescheduling, and attendance requirements may be set in program-specific or provider-specific documents. Missed or late-cancellation fees may apply.
- Evaluations & court-related services. Where offered, evaluation scope and timelines are defined in the service agreement. We do not guarantee outcomes or legal results.
- Fees & payment. Prices are shown at checkout or in your agreement. You authorize us (and our processors) to charge your selected payment method for fees, taxes, and any recurring amounts you enroll in.
- Refunds. Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer or agreement, all fees are non-refundable once services are rendered or digital access is granted.
- Chargebacks. You agree not to file chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve disputes in good faith at support@thechambersccc.com.
6) Digital Products, Subscriptions & Trials
- License. Upon full payment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased digital content for your own use, subject to these Terms.
- Subscriptions & auto-renewal. If you enroll in a subscription, it renews automatically at the then-current rate until you cancel in your account or by contacting us as described at purchase. We will disclose renewal terms at the point of sign-up.
- Trials. Trial offers convert to paid plans unless you cancel before the stated end of the trial.
7) E-Commerce Terms
- Orders. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion.
- Taxes & shipping. Applicable taxes and shipping (if any) are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
- Returns. Physical goods (if offered) are subject to the return policy stated at the time of purchase.
8) Third-Party Platforms, Tools & Links
We may integrate with or link to independent third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of any third-party offerings is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
9) Intellectual Property; Limited License
- All content in the Services—including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, courses, worksheets, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by law.
- Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written consent.
- Nothing herein grants any rights in our trademarks, trade dress, or logos.
10) User Content & Community Rules
- You remain responsible for any content you submit and represent that you have all rights necessary to share it.
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your submitted content to operate the Services.
- We may moderate, remove, or refuse content at our discretion.
11) Prohibited Activities
- Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities; harassment or abuse.
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data without permission.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to circumvent security.
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of affiliation.
- Infringing, defamatory, or deceptive advertising content.
- Uploading malware or interfering with the Services’ operation.
- Unauthorized commercial use, resale, or redistribution of content.
12) DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, you may notify us at support@thechambersccc.com with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the material to be removed and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
- Your contact information (address, phone, and email);
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Note: We do not currently maintain a formally registered DMCA Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until such registration is complete, please direct any copyright concerns to support@thechambersccc.com. Once our registration is finalized, the designated agent information will be updated here.
13) Privacy; HIPAA & Sensitive Data
- Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Clinical privacy. If you receive counseling or telehealth services from us, your rights regarding protected health information are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP), which is provided separately as required by law.
- Children’s data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents who believe a child has provided us information may contact us to request deletion.
14) Accessibility
We aim to make our Services accessible and strive to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. If you encounter barriers, please contact us so we can assist.
15) Disclaimers
- General. The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
- No guarantees. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that outcomes (clinical, personal, business, legal, or financial) will result from use of the Services.
- Third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, ads, or content.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months prior to the event.
17) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and our affiliates, providers, and personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
18) Governing Law; Informal Resolution; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
- Governing law & venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflicts of law. Except as otherwise provided below, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Arkansas.
- Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to email us at support@thechambersccc.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
- Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitrator may award individual relief permitted by law. Either party may seek relief in small-claims court for qualifying claims. You and we waive any right to a jury trial.
- Class-action waiver. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
- Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to support@thechambersccc.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out will not affect other provisions.
19) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
20) Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder stays in effect.
- No assignment by you. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent.
- Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
